Laboratory of Pharmaceutical modeling and screening of bioactive molecules
Main research field:
The Laboratory of pharmaceutical modeling and screening of bioactive molecules was established in 2019 on the basis of RICEL – Branch of IC&G SB RAS. Scientific interests are the search new, promising pharmacological active molecules and the development of prototypes of drugs on their basis as part of preclinical studies, including experiments on laboratory animal lines - genetic models of human diseases.
The research tasks of the Laboratory:
- Development of prototypes of drugs based on biodegradable arginine-containing polymers.
- Development and research of photoactive cluster complexes of metals conjugated with DNA for the elimination of stem tumor cells.
- Investigation of the specific pharmacological activity of the genomic mechanisms of the lithium-containing Noolit composite in psycho-emotional disorders (epigenetics and pharmacological effects).
